SID-00896: How to filter a list of forms according to certain criteria?

I have created various forms having the same common template, meaining they have common fields but with different values. Now I want to filter/search the list of these forms based on the values of the common form fields.

I have gone through the material on this site but nothing seems to address the situation directly.

Basically, how do I filter the various forms that I have created?
