SID-00578: Default User Language

I've enabled UserInterfaceInternationalisation for my site and I have German and English languages enabled.

Now everything works fine.

What I would like to know, is there an way to set an default user language for an user/group ????

Some my users are German and they want thier site to always in German.

How can this be achived????
