I ran:

* find data -name '*,v' -exec rcs -u -M '{}' \; * find pub -name '*,v' -exec rcs -u -M '{}' \;

Now I get:

Access Denied Attention

Access check on TWikiRegistration failed. Action "VIEW": access not allowed on web.
