SID-00359: Twiki webs list by year

Is there a way for Twiki webs listing to show/list the topics per year? instead of per topics?

for example:

Twiki Webs

• 2007
  • apple1
  • apple2
  • orange1
• 2008
  • apple3
  • orange2
  • orange3
• 2009
  • orange4

the subcategory will just show up if the year was clicked, is it possible? what file template?
