hi! how do i restrict access to the whole twiki site running on IIS?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x02x00
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: windows server 2003
Web server: IIS 6
Perl version: 5.8.8
Client OS: windows xp pro sp2
Web Browser: any browser
