Question

The SpreadSheetPlugin's REPLACE function mishandles strings with trailing zeroes. The result of $REPLACE(70, 2, 1) is "70," while the result of $REPLACE(71, 2, 1) is "7."

I'm running v10197 of the Plugin which isn't, I know, the latest, but the release notes for v15270 mention nothing about this bug. (I will work with my admin to get v15270 installed anyway.)
