Question

TWiki renders TWiki topics in Main and TWiki webs on all other webs. (Example if create topic MyTopic on Main web, any text on "MyTopic" get rendered on any web in TWiki). How can extend this behaviors on use created Web (new Webs). For example if create new web call "MyWeb" and I create new topic in the web called "MynewTopic". I would like to render any text "MynewTopic" on all webs.

I feel the functionality is not there, is there a location I can hack on TWiki.pm or Render.pm. Any info is greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "rendering" TWiki topics? The topic contents or the link to the topic?

I am not sure I understand the question, but may be you are looking for FindElsewherePlugin?
