Question: Premature End Of Script Headers After First Install

Hi, I'm trying to move my TWiki installation from a IRIX box to a RedHat box. I did:

- install apache, perl, mod_perl, rcs etc. - copied the TWiki tree structure to its new home - followed the installation steps in the docs

Unfortunately, although the installation works for .txt or .html files, the scripts don't work yet, the apache error log reports:

[Tue Jun 7 22:45:36 2005] [error] [client xxx.x.xx.xxx] Premature end of script headers: /wikiroot/twiki/bin/view
[Tue Jun 7 22:45:54 2005] [error] (2)No such file or directory: exec of /wikiroot/twiki/bin/view failed

I checked file and directory permissions, but I'm stumped (I should add that i'm a linux newbie).

Does any one have an idea that could help me along again? Thanks!

(testenv result will be attached)

Environment

It's attached. Thanks for your trouble.

OK, in the end I decided to just start over, so reinstalled fresh TWiki and just transfered the data directory. This seems to work fine.

You know, that's another way to handle a problem. Good to know it's working - even if we don't know why. smile
