Question

Using the INCLUDE variable, is it possible to INCLUDE not a whole page but just an Anchor part of the page? Ex. Warning: Can't find topic Webname.PageNameAnchor

I have tried this in a SandBox, but could not get the wanted result...

Could I use some sort of RegularExpression ?

No way currently to achieve this AFAIK. However, there's been discussion along similar lines. See MultiStartStopIncludes, MultipleCustomIncludes & NamedIncludeSections.
