PluginInstallQuery < Support

Question

I am trying to install Quickcalender plugin in my machine.The steps I did--

Downloaded the .PM file from TWiki:Plugins/QuickCalendarPlugin

and placed at "lib/TWiki/Plugins"

Copied http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/QuickCalendarPlugin topic and pasted the wiki text into my machine at data/TWiki/QuickCalenderPlugin.txt

Also pasted same thing in a new page named NewCalender. BUT no calenders appeared on the page. This is my first PLUGIN installation ..so forgive me if i am sounding dumb.

TWiki version:	TWikiRelease04x00x02
TWiki plugins:	Spreadsheet,Comment,Edittable,Smilies,Preferences,Interwiki,slideshow
Server OS:	4.21-27.RHELsmp
Web server:
Perl version:	v5.8.0
Client OS:
Web Browser:

The TWiki 4 Plugin system is not true plug & play anymore. Run the configure script to enable it after installation.
