I am trying to install according to the cygwin cookbook and WindowsInstallCookbook and I have tried al the options below and I still get the problems. Any other options?

I am on Win2K, apache 1.3.7 ,Twiki 20011201

. I ended up changing allsorts of permission and eventually things tarted to work. Sadly I ended up getting so lost in the windows inherited access rights that I am not sure what I changed to make it work. sorry guys.
