I need to build online library of books in our department. Is there such a TWiki plugin or some other script to do the job?

Answer

You do not need an extra script, all can be done with TWiki's built-in TWikiForms and FormattedSearch features. I do not know of an existing TWiki application for a library, a place to start is ItemToDo and ChangeRequest.

Look also in TWikiApplication, which lists existing applications, some of which are similar to what you want to do (my Task list one, for instance)
