Question

I have upgraded to TWiki 4.0 and now I see "Login or Register" in the upper left corner of the Main/WebHome page.

I grok Register but clicking the "Login" link simply repaints the WebHome page. The word Login is linked to the page http://cfcl.com/twiki/bin/logon/Main/WebHome

Theres no sense in that. What's wrong here? And how do I fix things so that Login actually allows me to (erm) log in?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x00x00
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: FreeBSD 4.7
Web server: Apache 2
Perl version: 5.8.2
Client OS:

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

From the fact that the script is logon I can see you are using ApacheLogin. Have you made the logon script "require valid-user" as shown in .htaccess.txt?

Ah. New stuff. Too bad the upgrader script couldn't try to handle this frown
