Question

Hi I tried to install the WebPermissionsPlugin and I did it through the configure interface.

It gives me this error:

No data could be read from file at tools/extender.pl line 684

Any ideas what might be causing this error? I think I tried to install some other plugin earlier and it gave me a similar error.

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

Some plugins were packaged with a buggy build tool. Not sure, but this plugin could be affected. Try to install manually by downloading the zip file to a temp directory on the TWiki server, unzipping it, fixing file permissions to your apache user, and moving the files to your TWiki installation, preserving the directory structure (you don't need the WebPermissionsPlugin_installer file). Don't forget to enable the plugin in configure.
