Ive had some problems getting the owners/permissions correct (scripts now owned by nobody - I had to change the user= in httpd.conf apache file (left group as apache). Now the only errors reported by testenv are

• Warning: RCS program /usr/bin/ci not found....(config'd using RCSlite)
• and Warning: Unable to set locale to en_GB.ISO88591.... (which Im leaving)

Can someone point me to where I need to look to sort this out ( is it related to file permissions or have I missed something to config some strings?

Think I sorted it - check on permissions for templates directory
