Question

I am trying to install a twiki on Apache1.3.27, but the https.conf looks different. Some sections that are used by twiki are not there anymore. Is there any way to use this version of apache?

I don't think there are any problems with 1.3.27 - if the sections don't exist you may need to create them, though. Be sure to follow the WindowsInstallCookbook to simplify the task of getting started!
