Question

I am not sure how to install the downloaded package. Where to unzip it to and what to do with it once it's unzipped. I am running STS and I am trying to upload the zip contents through FrontPage 2003. Either STS or FrontPage doesn't like the files that are named starting with a '.' . Anyhow, I know how to create websites and all I just can't figure this WIKI out. It is my first. Also, do I need any Plugins? Thanks in advance.
