Question

I am maintaining a TWiki web at work, which is very succesful, but there could be one improvement. In our team, we often find publications on the www, and I encourage everybody to attach all interesting stuff to the TWiki website, but right now, it involves some work: first download it locally to your hdd, then attach and upload again. My suggestion is: could it be possible to type an url path directly in the attach page, so you can upload the document directly to TWiki? This would be convenient.
