Question

I downloaded the zip file from the Plugins Web and get the following trying to unzip:

$ unzip ExplicitNumberingPlugin.zip
Archive:  ExplicitNumberingPlugin.zip
  End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
  the last disk(s) of this archive.
note: ExplicitNumberingPlugin.zip may be a plain executable, not an archive
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of ExplicitNumberingPlugin.zip or
        ExplicitNumberingPlugin.zip.zip, and cannot find ExplicitNumberingPlugin
.zip.ZIP, period.

This is being discussed in PluginAddonsCorruptWhenDownloading.

You can still get the files by downloading them directly from CVS

I was able to successfully download and extract on an XP machine. Don't know if this was something with WinZip on Win2003 or something else.
