Question

I have installed Twiki 4.0.2 When I go to /twiki/bin/configure i can read CGI execution Error: Script configure is not executable for uid:61630 gid:65534

is the bin/configure file executable by the webserver user? Check the file permissions. Also, please review the SupportGuidelines, it is difficult to help without knowing what platform you are using.
