Question

I have downloaded Twiki4.0.4. It has been unpacked in one folder. Now I have perl_library, ActivePerl-5.6.1.638-MSWin32-x86 and one folder TWiki-4.0.4(bin,lib,data, locate, template etc)

When I execute file ActivePerl-5.6.1.638-MSWin32-x86 , following error message is displayed.

Could not write value currentversion to key \software\ActiveState\ActivePerl. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key,or contact your support personnel.
