Note that there is a single meta tag that indicates the PARENT of the current topic. You will need to check for topics that either do not have this tag present or that point to a non-existent TWiki topic. It is possible to create topics that have no TOPICPARENT value, as in the case of the SUPPORT topics on twiki.org. Perhaps the real drive here is to find topics that have been renamed but where the renamer did not choose to look for and thus adjust all references to itself such as in the PARENT Meta info field?
