Can I make a form that makes it easy to add images into an ongoing topic?

Ideal would be to paste a jpeg into a form.

How is what you are asking for different from the already existing form-based "attach" mechanism?

There was a JavaPasteAddOn that had the potential to do similar to what our anonymous TWikiGuest asks for.
