Question
I have set my preferences for the
ActionTrackerPlugin in the web preferences section and verified that the variables are set by using %name% for table headers, formats, etc..
I am experiancing the same problem stated in the last post by Twiki Guest in
UserPrefsBeingIgnored.
I verified that the variables have their new values but they are not being applied to any new action items that I create (for example not recognizing the Extras that I had specified) or they are being ignored by ????
I have made sure that I have the latest release of
ActionTrackerPlugin and made sure that all modules loaded to the proper directories. The action commands are working... they just are not applying my preference settings.
Any help you could offer would be great. This looks to be a great plugin and I have a great need to be able to add this functionality to our Twiki web. Thank you!
I have also cleared my cache before checking whether or not the settings have been applied.

Update:
When I call the %ACTIONTRACKERPREFS% variable it shows the default values that I am trying to overwrite via the Preferences in the WebPreferences topic.
But when I call the individual variables, for example, via %TABLEHEADER% it shows the values that I set in the WebPreferences topic.
I feel like I am missing something here. Maybe my question would be how do I override the default %ACTIONTRACKERPREFS% ?
Thank you in advance!!

I am closing this topic...
The resolution was the addition of ACTIONTRACKERPLUGIN_ in front of every variable. I was not sure that it was required given how it was presented/stated in the document.
I love this plugin and would suggest that in the preference portion of the documentation that the above is already there. If there is a reason for it not being initially part of the variable I would like to know. Thank you. Cheers!
