Thanks Ian for sharing this add-on with the TWiki community! I created this dev page, the WebFetchAddOnAppraisal page and the TWikibug:WebFetchAddOn bug tracker page.

Once you have checked-in and attached the package set the TopicClassification from "IncompletePackage" to "AddOnPackage" so that it shows up in the queries.
