I've attached a generic version of a presentation that I have used internally as part of a 2 hour mini-course - it's a 30-40 min background pres about what Wikis are and where they come from, with quite a bit about issues that may stop people using TWIki, in order to generate discussion on what needs to be addressed to improve take-up.
I follow this with one hour or more practical session where each delegate gets a chance to try basic TWiki features. See
TWikiCourseOutlineExample2 for a sample course outline that talks about the content of the intro and the practical session, and see
HowToGetInternalBuyInForTWiki for some discussion of how courses can help improve takeup of TWiki (they really help in my experience!).
