Question

A while ago i failed to install the WikiwygContrib (see WikiwygContribEditorNotWorking). Recently I noticed there's are new version of the WikiwygContrib and the WysiwygPlugin available.

I've installed the new version of the WysiwygPlugin along with KupuContrib and WikiwygContrib by running the installer script for each plugin without any error messages.

After upgrading i had to change the permissions again using chown and chgrp.

The topics for the plugins mentioned are displayed but the Plugin Diagnostics says:

TWiki::Plugins::WysiwygPlugin could not be loaded. Errors were:
Can't locate TWiki/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin.pm in @INC (@INC contains:

The configure says the plugin is still enabled.

The WysiwygPlugin.pm skript is in .../lib/TWiki/Plugins/ directory.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

thx,

Carlo

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

Looks like you don't have some PERL modules required by the WysiwygPlugin. cd to your TWiki directory and run perl WysiwygPlugin_installer. The installation script will prompt you a few times and install the modules required my WysiwygPlugin. This should resolve your problem.

Thx, but that wasn't the problem.

The Wyswyg worked fine before updating the plugin.

I only changed the permissions for data and bin.

After setting the permissions for lib as well the error message disappeared - wysiyg is working again....

After setting the permissions for lib, tools and templates the error message disappeared - wysiyg is working again....
