Is there a trivially simple recommended method for upgrading from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1?

I do this by:

1. Backing up
2. Copy data/Main/TWikiUsers.* somewhere safe (to protect users list)
3. Unzip the 4.0.1 release over the top of the existing 4.0.0
4. Manually copy data/Main/TWikiUsers.* from my safe copy (to restore TWikiUsers)

If you have followed the documented recommendations and not changed any other installed files, then it works fine.
