Question

How can I switch to raw text in the TinyMCE? editing box? In the Quick Help there stands that "Use the Raw Edit link at the bottom action bar." But I cannot find a Raw Edit Link. Also " Setting a TWiki variable", I cannot find the toolbar button to "Create a list item using the toolbar button". Is this a problem only in my installation or a new feature for the next release?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Suse Linux 10.2
Web server: apache 2.2.3
Perl version:
Client OS:
Web Browser: firefox
Categories: Plugins

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

The link has been added recently and will be available with TWiki 4.2.

I have upgraded to the latest versions of TinyMCE(16057) and WYSIWYG(15991) plugins on a 4.1.2 installation. It seems to me there's a bug with the 'edit TWiki markup' function, but perhaps I'm doing something wrong:

  1. Insert some text in TinyMCE
  2. Use the 'edit TWiki markup' button, and enclose that text with '='
  3. save - the text in the topic will look as expected, e.g, something like this.
  4. edit the topic again, and now, when you going back to TWiki markup edit mode, the '=' chars disappear !

Eyal, please report bugs in the bug database. Your report is unrelated to the original question here, and it's only by chance that I saw it. When you report the bug, please provide a detailed description of what you did, including the exact content you entered. If you can reproduce the problem in the Sandbox web of develop.twiki.org, so much the better.
