Question

When i try running testenv in the browser, the file itself loads into the browser.

• Perl version: 5.6.1
• Web server & version: 1.33
• Server OS: Win NT
• Web browser & version: IE 6
• Client OS: Win NT

Your Apache setup is not right, so the script is not being run as a CGI script. Google for CGI Script Debugging or see TWikiInstallationGuide.

Also, since you are on Windows, compare your Apache configuration, including .htaccess files, to the configuration in WindowsInstallCookbook.
