Question

Dear All,

I have been using twiki for my company intranet for few months.

I wanted to change the diff path to gnu diff path and appended the path to $SafeEnvPath in Twiki.cfg file in lib directory.

In the process I chnged the permission from chmod 755 Twiki.cfg and edited it. Later I chnged the permission to chmod 440 Twiki.cfg But Now i get this error when trying to 'configure'

Software error: Insecure directory in $ENV{PATH} while running with -T switch at /Web/Twiki/bin/configure line 314.

I checked for the support web for similar issues, but it didn't help me. Please let me know if I have messed up any permissions of the directory??

Hi,

This issue got resolved by setting $SafeEnvPath = /bin:/usr/bin By mistake, I had set to bin:/usr/bin.
