Question
Hello,
my problem is the following one: whenever a user (including the admin user) tries to save (or quietly save, or checkpoint) an edited topic, s/he is redirected immediately to
WebSearch (with an empty search form).
Do you perhaps have an explanation of this, or know how to resolve this problem? That would be great since it makes my twiki completely unusable...
Everything else seems to work fine. In fact, until two days ago, 'Save' worked fine as well. The only significant change which happened since then is that my host has moved my site from one server to another.
Uploading a backup of my site from before the server switch did not resolve the problem.
I would greatly appreciate any help! And please feel free to let me know if you need further information.
Thanks,
Fabian

Answer
If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.
PS: Here is some more info. I also attached my configure page.
1. I use simpleblue as my skin.
2. The URL of the
WebSearch site has the following form (where ... stands for the content/code of the topic):
/twiki/bin/view/Main/WebSearch?search=&text=...&formtemplate=&topicparent=&cmd=&action=action_save
3. The server error.log and the TWiki warning log are both empty.
4. Here is what the server access.log says:
84.227.158.135 - admin [30/Aug/2008:13:00:07 -0700] "GET /twiki/bin/edit/Main/Conferences?t=1220126395 HTTP/1.1" 200 4539 "http://www.exre.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/Conferences" "Opera/9.26 (X11; Linux i686; U; en)"

thanks to
StephaneLenclud, i finally found out that the problem lies with my skin - simpleblue. i made some tweeks which seem to have broken the 'save' option. so now i'll go back and try to save 'my skin', since i really love its simplicity.
