I am following the blog to create the above database on the main twiki.org site after registering myself as an user. I am using my sandbox
Sandbox.RaviShankarSSandbox
When I insert a table to define the form, I get this error that prevents me from learning the tutorial. Please check the error message below

Discussion and Answer
I am not sure how you get this this error. What do you mean by "insert a table to define the form"?

I will try to explain better.
I registered as a new user
RaviShankarS in twiki.org.
I looked around a few very interesting links about Twiki, went through the basics 20 minute tutorial.
Later I was curious about
WikiApplication so decided to follow your blog on creating the Contact Database step by step. When it came to the step for the user form Contact Form definition, I started editing the topic using WSIWYG editor. The editor has an icon for TWiki Table. When I click on that icon, a window pops up in my firefox browser with the error message that I had highlighted yesterday.
Since your reply, I have found a workaround using Raw edit feature to enter the Twiki Table and this appears to work for subsequent editing using the WSIWYG edtior
Either there is a bug somewhere, or I am doing something wrong.
Cheers!
Thank you.
