http://10.102.90.101/twiki I get the following error:
403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/twiki/ on this server.
When I do a
http://10.102.90.101/twiki/bin/view..i get this:
Content-type: text/plain
Perl error when reading
LocalSite.cfg:
Please inform the site admin.

Compilation failed in require at /var/www/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view line 41.
