How is deletion of attachments to topics controlled? I read article about Controlling Access to Attachment by mod_rewrite, but it is not solution.

Example: User User1 can edit topics and delete/move/rename attachments, User2 can edit topics, post comments and can not delete/move/attachments?

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

There is no access control for attachments in TWiki at this point.

The viewfile ACLs are the same as for view.

For this to work you would need to have a separate topic for your attachments, stating the DENY permissions for user 2.
