Question

When upgrading to Dakar, I moved a web to an install owned by a different unix user.

I now can't save any topic as RCS cannot get a lock on the topic.

Did I misunderstand when I thought that TWiki no longer hard locks the RCS topics?

What's the official way of unlocking a set of webs?

Hi Martin,

I had the same problem and solved it using the manual method described in the WindowsInstallCookbook which I adapted to my situation (namely: changing from user nobody to wwwrun).
