Question

i am using TWiki-4.1.2 on RHEL 4 i have succesfully installed but while registering i get following error

TWiki detected an internal error - please check your TWiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

path -i -t-none -ko %FILENAME|F% of ...path,v failed to create history file after looking at log files i found following error [error] [client 192.168.60.15] /usr/bin/rcs -i -t-none -ko %FILENAME|F% of .../Main/TwikiT.txt,v failed to create history file at /var/www/twiki/lib/TWiki/Store/RcsWrap.pm line 116., referer: http://192.168.2.76/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/TWikiRegistration one more thing registration creates entry in .htaccess file

Check the permissions and ownership of the twiki/data/Main directory, it needs to be owned and writable by your Apache user (such as nobody)

i have set the permissions and ownership as per as installation instruction . I am also having users added to .htpasswd file but still i keep on getting same error
