Question

I have just upgraded my Dec2000 TWiki installation directly to Dec2001. The Dec2001 distribution I installed does not contain the Plugin web or the Interwiki Plugin . I assume these were distributed with Sept2001 and I should have installed that upgrade first.
I have installed the SmiliesPlugin and it works well .
