Question

I installed PersonalInfoAddOn 1.3 for TWiki 4.1. I added the META:PREFERENCE line to the bottom of my user page using a text editor (vi). The bird silhouette and info fields appear. I can edit the personal data and add a photo, but they are never displayed on the page. If I try to change picture again, the original photo is there and I can select it, but it never replaces the silhouette. If I click on Edit data, I can enter info into the fields, but once I click save it disappears.

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin, PersonalInfoAddOn, AttachContentPlugin, ImagePlugin
Server OS: Debian Etch, kernel 2.6.18
Web server: Apache 2.2.3
Perl version: 5.8.8
Client OS: MS Windows XP
Web Browser: Opera 9.2
Categories: Add-Ons

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

I got it to work by appending the following to UserForm

| Picture | label | 1 | | | H |
| <nop>WorkStatus | select | 1 | Current, Former | | H |
| <nop>WorkEmail | text | 40 | | | H |
| <nop>WorkPhone | text | 40 | | | H |
| <nop>WorkPhoneMobile | text | 40 | | | H |
| <nop>WorkLocation | text | 40 | | | H |

There seems to be some redundency now, with a Location and WorkLocation entry for example.

Hi Chris, great you could work it out. You can remove any lines you don't need, or use Location instead of WorkLocation.
