Question

Is there any available page caching for Twiki 4.x which can be used to enhance the performance of Twiki? We have already googled but only found some old addon from 2003.

There are several options, see Tag:caching

The VarCachePlugin is a good option to speed up slow topics, e.g. those topics that have %SEARCH etc.
