New Users at SourceForge do not get EmailEnvironment

Answer
right now we are hoping and assuming that this is a sourforge related problem. I have not found why it does not work on twiki.org, but every time i test it at home or work it does work. (If its not sourceforge related, then its a bug I put int
)
