I'm not sure if I'm abusing the TWiki system/support methodology, but I thought it might be helpful to register a "short term support" version of MediaWikiHistoryAndComparisonInTWiki here.

For what it's worth, I did alrady email JChristophFuchs regarding this topic.

It's probably best (assuming it's an appropriate place to do so) to consildate any significant conversation or followup comments to MediaWikiHistoryAndComparisonInTWiki. The question in this current topic (MediaWikiHistoryAndComparisonInTWikiShortTerm) is just a placeholder.

Also: please forgive me if I'm abusing the system, for I'm new and have yet to learn all the "ins and outs" of TWiki and it's community.
