Question

I'm using the LocalTimePlugin and it seems to be flaky. The plugin doesn't present the correct days and times. Also the referencing page: http://www.bsdi.com/xdate/ is no longer existent. The site is gone and perhaps that's why it's flaky.

I used the wayback machine to retrieve the appropriate codes to insert into the plugin. Even with that I still get incorrect dates. Right now it's Wednesday. Here, my plugin says it's Thursday: Thursday, 22 March 2006, 13:49:25 (New_York/EST5EDT).

Could this plugin please be fixed, perhaps using up-to-date data.

Thank you.

See LocalCityTimePlugin that should do the same.

New new URL for the date/time gateway is http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/xtra/tzdate

Thanks. We had tweaked the code to add the new url and used the date/time codes from there.
