Question

When I check the option to "Create a link to the Attached file" - the file path in the created html image tag is wrong- "/twiki/pub/TWiki/TWikiPreferences/filename.jpg" The image fails to appear.

I need "%ATTACHURL%/filename.jpg " to appear in the IMG tag.

Where do I change the file path settings?

That is odd. Though I don't have a 4.0.0 to test at the moment, I can tell you that I just tested is and it used ATTACHURLPATH on the development HEAD, and ... lets see what twiki.org (running 4.1.1) does the right thing.

See ATTACHEDIMAGEFORMAT in TWikiPreferences. You can overload that in your Main.TWikiPreferences.
