Question

Can anyone help me?

I'm having some problems installing Twiki on Windows 2000 with iis5.

I have followed the advice on installing Twiki for windows and iis on the site but have not been able to solve my problem.

When I view /twiki/bin/view/main/WebHome

I get a completely blank screen with no error messages. Even if I remove /main/WebHome or replace it with random characters this does not return an error message or have any effect on the browser display.

If anyone has seen this error before or has any suggestions on how I may solve this problem I would be most grateful.

Thanks

James

Answer

Please fill in the TWiki version, above. The problem is likely to be in your webserver setup - do other pages work on this server? See the TWikiOnWindows pages for more ideas.

Thanks, I fixed it. It was that:

  1. I hadn't set one of the important variable in TWiki.cfg - maybe pubDir, not quite sure
  2. I had set up the association in IIS but had not renamed the files.
