InstallationFAQs: Error message for DEBUG

When I click on Cancel and return to TWiki WebHome I get an "Internal Server Error".

Looking in the log file I see "...Bareword "DEBUG" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at /srv/sites/twiki/lib/TWiki/UI.pm line 201., referer: http:/.."
