Question

I am new to Twiki, and i wanted to know if there is any installation guide present that is simple to understand. I have downloaded Twiki 4.0.4, Cygwin and ActivePerl-5.8.8.817-MSWin32-x86-257965 and i am using IIS. what are the next steps that are required to be done to install Twiki and then use it is not at all clear to me.Please guide me on this .

There is a lot of discussion on installing on IIS in the Codev web, though I don't know if the cookbook has been updated recently. Searching for IIS in Codev web is probably your best bet.
