Question

The error message produces this "RCS: stream open /twiki/pub/Twiki/TwikiDocGraphics/_filetypes.txt failed: No such file or directory at /opt/twiki/lib/Twiki/Store/RcsFile.pm line 832." I am not sure if this is a permissions issue, but I've been stuck on this for days and would really be greatful for any help.
