Question

Hi,

I'm looking for the best solution to manage the attachment of some specific files to a topic by using forms. Actually this topic is supposed to have some documents attached. After that, i want any user trying to attach a new file to fill in a specific form. Can it be done automatically ? Like showing a special form for the attachment of the file...
