Question

Hi,

I am trying to install TreeBrowserPlugin. But this plugin requires a patch to lib/TWiki/UI/View.pm which is not available in 01-Feb-2003 release of Twiki. How do I install View.pm on this release?

I know the plugin works on this release, because, I have used it myself on another TWiki installation (of the same release). I do not remember how I installed View.pm.

Thanks, Raghav

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

The whole view processing in TWikiRelease01Feb2003 was done by the view script, so you'd probably need to patch the view script.

I have the same problem. I dont see View.pm.patch file in the zip that I downloaded from twiki.org. Any idea where I can get this file?

thnx Sunil

- The view.pm.patch still does not exist inside TreeBrowserPlugin.tgz file
- The plugin does not working either
- I exec the TreeBrowserPlugin_installer.pl file, in order to install
- no positive results
- any suggestions? thnx in advance
